Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Pre-Foreclosure Specialist II to monitor referral processes, coordinate with servicing teams, and ensure timely compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.

The role involves managing breach-related tasks, communicating with clients, and maintaining accurate documentation. A High School Diploma and foreclosure/mortgage experience are preferred, with training provided for CMS tools and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Two years of Foreclosure experience or three years banking/mortgage experience.
• Notary Public or Paralegal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor foreclosure referral process steps daily and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with default servicing groups and clients during referral proceedings.
• Perform routine follow-ups and file preparations.
• Manage custodians during collateral order, scanning, and template setup.
• Maintain system of record and reporting for investor/client notifications.
