Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Pre-Foreclosure Specialist II to monitor vendors and CMS activities during breach processing, process eligible foreclosure referrals, and ensure referral timelines are met. The role requires collaboration with servicing teams to comply with state, federal, and investor requirements.

The starting pay is $24-$26/hour. Responsibilities include daily management of the foreclosure referral steps, client communications, and proper documentation in systems.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of Foreclosure experience or a combination of three (3) years’ banking/mortgage experience.
• Ability to self-motivate and work with limited supervision.
• Effective communication with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendors and CMS activities during breach process.
• Process eligible foreclosure referrals and validation.
• Maintain timely completion of foreclosure referral steps.
• Communicate with default and servicing groups and clients.
