Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services, a part of the Carrington Companies, is seeking a Pre-Foreclosure Specialist II in the United States. You will monitor vendors and CMS activities during breach, process eligible foreclosure referrals, and validate referrals to meet timelines.

The role requires collaboration with servicing support groups, adherence to investor requirements, and compliance with all applicable laws. Starting pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years foreclosures experience or three years banking/mortgage experience preferred.
• Notary Public or paralegal experience preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure timely completion of steps in the foreclosure referral process daily.
• Communicate with default/servicing groups and clients during referral proceedings.
• Perform routine follow-ups and file preparation during breach processing.
• Manage breach or re-breach requests within SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and investor requirements in referrals.
