Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Pre-Foreclosure Specialist II to monitor vendors and CMS activities during breach processes, process eligible foreclosure referrals, and validate referrals in accordance with investor requirements and state/federal laws.

You will collaborate with servicing support groups to ensure timely referral timelines, maintain records, and communicate effectively with clients. The starting pay is $24-$26/hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with mortgage/foreclosure exposure preferred.
• Experience with foreclosure referral processes and compliance with investor requirements.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor foreclosure referral steps and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with default servicing groups and clients during referrals.
• Prepare files and manage breach processing and dispositions.
• Maintain documentation in systems and report performance issues as needed.
