Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Pre-Award Research Administrator to support faculty and PIs through proposal development and grant submission.

You will advise on sponsor requirements, prepare budgets and justifications, and coordinate submissions to federal and other sponsors. The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with 2 CFR 200, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years of pre-award research administration experience.
• Experience supporting federally funded research and proposal development.
• Strong knowledge of federal grant regulations (2 CFR 200) and sponsor policies.
• Proficiency in Excel and budget preparation/budget justifications.
• Familiarity with electronic research administration systems and sponsor submission portals.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and independent work capability.

Aufgaben

• Partner with faculty and PIs to develop and submit competitive grant proposals.
• Review funding opportunity announcements and sponsor guidelines.
• Prepare detailed proposal budgets and justifications.
• Advise investigators on allowable costs and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate submissions to federal, state, foundation and private sponsors.
• Monitor timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with narrative components, biosketches and other materials.
• Coordinate subrecipient documentation and collaboration with other institutions.
• Facilitate internal approvals and routing of proposals.
• Provide guidance on federal regulations and institutional procedures.
• Serve as liaison between faculty, sponsored programs and external agencies.
• Maintain proposal records in research administration systems.
• Communicate changes to sponsor requirements and funding policies.
