Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Pre-Award Research Administrator to support faculty, PIs, and research teams in proposal development and grant submission. You will advise on funding opportunities, sponsor requirements, budgets, and compliance, with a focus on federally funded research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of pre-award research administration experience in a university or research institution.
• Experience preparing and submitting proposals to federal sponsors (NIH, NSF, DoD, DOE, HRSA).
• Strong knowledge of federal grant regulations and 2 CFR 200.
• Experience developing complex grant budgets and justifications.
• Familiarity with electronic research administration systems and sponsor portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with faculty and PIs to develop and submit competitive grant proposals.
• Review funding opportunity announcements and sponsor guidelines.
• Prepare detailed proposal budgets and budget justifications.
• Advise investigators on allowable costs, effort, and compliance.
• Coordinate submissions to federal, state, foundation, and private sponsors.
• Monitor proposal timelines and sponsor deadlines.
• Maintain proposal records in research administration systems.
• Provide guidance on federal regulations and sponsor policies.
