Job summary

BioTissue is seeking a Practice Integration Manager to partner with marketing and sales to optimize ophthalmic practices. You will develop and implement protocols addressing dry eye disease and ocular surface health before cataract surgery, guiding adoption across front desk to physicians.

You will serve as a subject‑matter expert, educate stakeholders, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including reimbursement and Medical Science Liaisons. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5+ years in clinical or practice settings with ophthalmic knowledge.
• Ability to consult, educate, and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of dry eye management and cataract preparation protocols.
• Willingness to travel to client practices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts for practice optimization focusing on dry eye and cataract prep.
• Assess practices, recommend protocols, and implement strategies for efficiency and outcomes.
• Engage with front desk, billing, coding, administrators, technicians, optometrists, and physicians to ensure adoption of protocols.
• Act as a subject matter expert in ocular surface optimization and dry eye disease management.
• Influence and consult with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and understanding of changes.
