Job summary

Kintegra Health seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to support physicians under supervision. You will perform evaluations, document histories, order tests, provide treatments, and educate patients as part of the care team.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, managing referrals, and participating in quality improvement. Prior experience in a medical office or FQHC is preferred and licensure must be current in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted certification and/or licensure.
• Experience in medical office or FQHC preferred.
• CPR and applicable certifications; within 30 days of employment.
• Knowledgeable in population health management for underserved populations.
• Maintains licensure and CME requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engages in patient-centered care within the clinical team.
• Performs medical evaluation and treatment using standard procedures.
• Obtains comprehensive histories and documents findings.
• Orders referrals, tests, and medications as needed.
• Educates patients and families on disease management.
