You will lead strategic PR programs, manage external agencies, and coordinate industry research, with a focus on logistics and supply chain technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience.
• Creative and strategic thinker with ability to drive brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Proven success in managing PR and marketing programs in technology or B2B environments for at least 3 years.
• Collaborative spirit in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.
• Industry knowledge of logistics and supply chain is a plus (routing, TMS, freight, customs, global trade).
• Tech-savvy with marketing tools such as Monday.com and Meltwater.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging PR and marcom messaging and collateral—customer stories, bylined articles, press releases, social posts, internal newsletters.
• Build and execute programs including industry research initiatives, editorial calendars with analysts and media, and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, services, product management and customers to produce high-quality messaging.
• Analyze data to report PR performance and adjust strategies for greater impact.
• Help manage relationships with external PR agencies and support the annual user conference.
