Job summary

Placements24 seeks a visionary Head of Public Relations to lead global external communications from a fully remote position. You will design and drive the overarching PR strategy, manage a remote team, and build top-tier media relationships worldwide.

You will serve as a spokesperson, shape executive messaging, oversee press releases and crisis plans, and collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to deliver coordinated communications while tracking KPIs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive PR experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Global PR strategy experience for tech companies or high-growth startups.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills with narrative capability.
• Extensive global tech/business media contacts.
• Crisis communications and reputation management expertise.
• Experience leading a fully remote, distributed team.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible messages.
• Proficiency with PR analytics and reporting tools.
