Candescent is seeking a hands-on Communications Manager to support media relations, PR programs, and employee communications across US markets. This role produces and publishes communications, drafts messaging, coordinates with the PR agency, and ensures timely delivery of cross-channel content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, communications, marketing, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of PR or communications experience in US B2B, fintech, SaaS, or agency environments.
• Proven experience securing coverage in business, technology, fintech, cybersecurity, or related media.
• Experience briefing PR agencies and managing agencies effectively.
• Strong news judgment with AP style understanding and excellent writing/editing skills.

Responsabilités

• Support U.S. media relations with story development, pitch coordination, and earned media opportunities.
• Prepare spokespeople with messaging, briefings, Q&A, and supporting content.
• Translate PR strategy into effective U.S. execution to boost brand awareness and share of voice.
• Maintain a U.S. PR calendar aligned to product launches, campaigns, events, and market moments.
• Collaborate with the PR agency and cross-functional teams to track performance and adapt plans.
• Support executive thought leadership programs, bylines, podcasts, speaking opportunities.
• Support data-driven storytelling by translating insights into compelling narratives in partnership with agency and cross-functional teams.
• Provide PR and internal communications content for newsletters at the direction of the Director, Content & PR.
