Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support on a group of accounts, coordinating with account leads to ensure proper coverage.
• Draft and edit press releases for clients.
• Draft and edit social media posts for clients.
• Compile, research, and manage media lists across broadcast, podcast, online and print media outlets.
• Prepare and manage reporting and metrics in partnership with the account team.
• Pitch targeted media in fintech/finance/tech to secure coverage.
• Set and manage evolving internal and external deadlines, communicating with the team and clients.
• Support cross-client needs as a point person for projects outside your client group.
