Brilliant is hiring a full-time Account Executive for a fully remote, fast-moving agency team. The role focuses on PR for consumer products, media relations, and AI-enabled campaigns to deliver ROI for clients.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in consumer products PR, strong project management, and a passion for new technology. The culture features a high performance bar with unlimited PTO and engaging team activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PR agency experience in consumer products
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Demonstrated project management experience handling timelines and multiple accounts
• Portfolio of national placements
• Comfortable using AI tools daily with examples
• Willingness to try new technologies and adopt new tools quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and quality control media and influencer databases
• Write and distribute pitches, press releases, and media alerts; monitor coverage
• Coordinate media interviews and desksides; develop briefing documents
• Generate story angles for national coverage; trend-jack when possible
• Manage budgets, timelines, and responsibilities across teams
• Use AI tools to support research, drafting, monitoring, and reporting
• Oversee events and activations logistics as needed
