Job summary

Brilliant Agency seeks a full-time Account Executive to support a growing, award-winning full-funnel marketing team. This remote role requires regular in-person media engagements in NYC; candidates must reside in the NYC/NJ tri-state area.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of PR agency experience in consumer products, strong project management, and real curiosity about new AI tools and technology to work smarter and deliver results for family-focused brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of PR agency experience in consumer goods.
• Demonstrated project management experience across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute public relations strategies to achieve client goals while keeping projects organized, on time and on track.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and media relations.
• Ideate creatively, trend-jack, and utilize AI tools to improve drafting, reporting, and research.
• Attend in-person media meetings, desksides, and events in NYC area.
• Oversee press interviews and briefing materials; coordinate with journalists and content creators.
• Monitor industry shifts and competitor visibility daily.
