Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, shape the roadmap, and be the strategic voice in client calls.

You will handle budget calls, testing, attribution via GA4 and Tag Manager, create 90-day roadmaps, drive ROAS growth, and maintain long-term client relationships with clear English on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in paid search across multiple platforms.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience handling multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Excellent spoken English with US-based clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budgets, bids, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Implement conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager and ensure reliable pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; articulate the story behind performance.
