Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a B2B client roster. You’ll steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why. You’ll be the strategic voice at the table and make the calls.

You’ll manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, test creatives, and build 90-day and quarterly plans. Clear English on live calls with US clients is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements and pipeline impact.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budgeting, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and client narratives.
