You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. What You Will Own includes paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing, and robust conversion tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA or pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Allocate budgets, bid, target, test creatives and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps with clear narrative for clients.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
