Blacksmith Agency is hiring a PPC Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, own budgets, and guide the narrative when clients ask why outcomes occurred.

You’ll work as the strategic voice, making the calls on campaigns and roadmaps. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, owning 90-day and quarterly plans, while driving retention and upsell opportunities and reporting on the numbers that matter to

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• US English speaking on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Run paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
