You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids and tests, and ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conduct conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Lead the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client and present the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
