The position emphasizes strong Power BI expertise, experience with ServiceNow SPM, and exploring Copilot-based AI-driven workflows to enhance reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in data visualization/ PowerBI development.
• Strong PowerBI experience, building and optimizing dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer facing skills.
• ServiceNow SPM experience (Understand tables, reporting, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize enterprise IT PMO dashboards in Power BI.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and standardize visuals.
• Leverage ServiceNow SPM to export data and feed dashboards.
• Support dashboards in production and explore Copilot-based automation opportunities.
