Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. seeks an experienced Power BI Architect to redesign executive financial dashboards and optimize complex semantic models. You will work with Copilot AI features and manage RLS/OLS security to ensure secure, scalable reports.

The role requires 8+ years of enterprise Power BI frontend development, strong communication, and a track record of delivering high-impact P&L dashboards with advanced visuals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise Power BI frontend development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot for Power BI and AI-driven semantic model enrichment.
• Experience with complex DAX calculations, calculation groups, and enterprise query optimization.
• Design experience for executive financial dashboards, P&L reporting views, and advanced visuals.
• Experience with enterprise access control including Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS).
• Experience in Power Query data transformation, schema optimization, and standard visual design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and modernize executive-level financial P&L dashboards using standard Power BI visuals.
• Deploy and integrate Microsoft Copilot use cases within existing enterprise semantic models.
• Optimize complex semantic models with hundreds of DAX measures and calculation groups.
• Configure and maintain granular RLS and OLS profiles.
• Enhance data schemas and Power Query transformations for high-performance report rendering.
• Collaborate with executive finance stakeholders to translate reporting needs into visual UI/UX designs.
• Standardize semantic model metadata and reporting architecture for scalable AI and self-service analytics.
