Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a senior Power BI developer to design and maintain dashboards across diverse programs. You will partner with program managers and technical teams to transform complex data into intuitive visualizations that communicate performance, risks, and insights.

The role emphasizes data modeling, governance, and scalable dashboards with connections to multiple enterprise sources. Remote work within the U.S. is supported, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

University degree in Information Systems, CS, or analytics, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
Proficient with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for multiple programs.
Collaborate with managers and SMEs to gather requirements and translate needs.
Develop dashboards that communicate KPIs, milestones, and operational metrics.
Connect and integrate data from databases, SharePoint, Excel, SQL, APIs, and cloud sources.
Validate data quality to ensure dashboards are timely and trusted.
Standardize layouts, naming conventions, and reporting best practices across programs.
Monitor performance and optimize dashboards for large datasets.
