Job summary

PGS is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute PGS project scopes across power systems projects, including construction, commissioning, O&M support, and customer-driven work. This role ensures PGS scope is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and PGS quality requirements.

The PM serves as the primary point of coordination between customers, project teams, subcontractors, and internal support to support efficient project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience supporting or managing power systems, construction, commissioning, O&M, or related project scopes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute project scopes across power systems projects, including construction, commissioning, O&M support, and turnover.
• Coordinate with customer, project teams, subcontractors, and internal support to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and issue resolution.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to meet financial targets and schedule requirements.
• Ensure activities comply with OSHA, NFPA, codes, and company safety policies; oversee risk and change management.
• Support procurement, subcontracting, and field execution to align scope, schedule, quality, and safety expectations.
