Job summary

Strata Clean Energy seeks a PGS Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute PGS project scopes across power systems projects, including construction, commissioning, and O&M support. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role requires 5+ years in power systems or related fields, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting or managing power systems, construction, commissioning, O&M, or related projects.
• Familiarity with construction sequencing, equipment turnover, commissioning, testing, or outage coordination.
• Experience with subcontracts, subcontractors, and self-perform work.
• Strong project scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional execution skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Primavera P6 for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute PGS project scopes across power systems projects from award through closeout.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering, procurement, construction, and field personnel.
• Develop Project Execution Plan, schedules, budgets, and cost controls to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, codes, and PGS safety policies.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare client-facing project reports.
• Manage subcontractor interfaces, pre-bid activities, and subcontractor onboarding.
