Job summary

SGCPower, a close-knit team of engineers and designers, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead non-technical aspects of power projects and ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will coordinate with clients, subs, and internal teams, manage WBS, change orders, invoicing, and project closeout, and mentor junior staff while maintaining safety compliance and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 10+ years of power engineering design/project management experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience with electric utility projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand client, industry, and government project requirements and allocate team members to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with leadership to assign project roles and manage resources.
• Manage scope, change orders, contract management, and project profitability.
