Job summary

Strata Clean Energy seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar construction projects from inception to closeout. You will drive performance, coordinate safety, engineering, quality, and supply chain, and manage budgets and schedules for 5 MW to 100 MW+ installations.

The role requires 5–10 years in project management or operations, experience with $10M+ solar projects, and extensive travel to onsite locations.

Qualifications

5–10 years of project management or operations experience.
Experience on solar or energy projects of $10M+.
Ability to travel to onsite 90–100% as directed.
Experience dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors, and/or self-perform work.

Responsibilities

Manage 5 MW to 100MW+ solar construction projects from inception through closeout.
Manage client and project expectations.
Responsible for external and internal reporting.
Supervise PM/PC I on site and assist with interviews and reviews.
Coordinate with safety, engineering, quality, supply chain, and construction teams.
Oversee project budget, risk, safety, and quality.
Ensure permits and laws compliance; manage RFIs and submittals.
Procure materials and coordinate subcontractor procurement and contracts.
Manage punch lists, demobilization, and financial closeout.
