Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking an Account Executive (Tier 1) for a remote role with preferred areas in Florida, New England, Texas, and North Carolina. You will learn to scope UPS replacements, build proposals, and manage your pipeline while collaborating with sales, engineering, and field teams.

Expect travel within your territory and fast growth in a sales-driven environment. You don’t need UPS experience to succeed—coachable, organized, and strong at relationships will help you thrive.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs.
• Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline.
• Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams.
• Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy.
