Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking an Account Executive (Tier 1) to drive growth across hospital, industrial, municipal, and data-center markets. This fully remote role includes travel to client sites and tradeshows, with preference for candidates in New England and select US regions.

You will learn UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs, while building proposals and managing your sales pipeline. Strong communication and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be coachable and eager to learn.
• Organized and disciplined.
• Comfortable in industrial environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Curious about technical systems (electrical, mechanical, batteries, generators, etc.) Bonus experience in:
• Industrial or technical sales, Generator, electrical, or HVAC industries, Field service background (UPS, battery, testing, mechanical, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs.
• Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline.
• Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams.
• Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy.
