Job summary

RMS Energy Co, LLC is seeking a Project Manager - Switchgear to lead electrical infrastructure projects across commercial, industrial, and power facilities in the United States. You will manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality.

The candidate will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, and interfaces with field technicians, subcontractors, and engineers to meet RMS Energy’s high standards. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification or NETA 2/3/4 preferred.
• Experience in commercial or industrial power systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of assigned projects from kickoff to closeout, delivering on time and within budget.
• Define scope, deliverables, schedules, and budgets with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, field services, subcontractors, and clients for project alignment.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance from technical and commercial perspectives.
• Interpret customer requirements and translate into actionable project plans.
• Oversee technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and quality of execution.
