  • Develop relay settings for electromechanical and microprocessor‑based relays.
  • Review and approve vendor design packages, drawings, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project and industry standards.
  • Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and project management teams to align design deliverables and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Provide technical support during construction, installation, and commissioning phases, including site visits and issue resolution.
  • Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussions to support successful project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout all phases of the project.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.
The Experience We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline highly preferred.
  • 5-10+ years of relevant experience in electrical design, power system engineering, or project engineering roles.
  • Familiarity with power system modeling and analysis tools such as SKM PowerTools, ETAP, or EasyPower.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD or similar design software for creating and reviewing electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong understanding of power system protection, substation design, grounding, and wiring methods.
  • Experience reviewing vendor drawings, technical specifications, and test documentation.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills for interfacing with clients, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.
