Job summary

jobgether is seeking a Project Manager – Power Solutions to lead complex electrical power projects from planning through commissioning for mission-critical facilities and data centers. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, utilities, vendors, and contractors to meet technical, financial, and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• 5+ years in electrical engineering or power solutions
• Experience with mission-critical facilities and project management
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, NESC and IEEE standards
• Ability to manage remote and on-site teams and travel ~10%

Responsibilities

• Lead power solutions projects through lifecycle from kickoff to closeout
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities (electrical distribution, MV/HV systems, substations, energy storage)
• Define scopes, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate subconsultants, vendors, and external partners
• Serve as primary contact for clients, utilities, and contractors
• Ensure deliverables meet codes, safety, quality, and client expectations
• Manage project schedules, resources, and financial performance
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, profitability, and change orders
• Lead technical proposals, fee estimates, and scopes of work
• Identify opportunities to adopt digital platforms and AI-enabled tools
