Job summary

Ladders seeks a Power Platform Architect to lead architecture and delivery of digital modernization solutions for our clients. You will partner with business and technical teams to design platforms, automate workflows, and enable executive decision-making through data and reporting.

The role provides technical leadership across solution delivery, documentation, and roadmap development, with remote work for US-based candidates. A strong BI and Power Platform background is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Demonstrated experience in a technical lead or solution architect role.
Strong skills in developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Active Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

Develop executive dashboards for data-driven decision making.
Lead digital modernization initiatives to automate and scale business solutions.
Architect solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Salesforce.
Design and implement workflows and enterprise integrations with Power Apps.
Create technical documentation, including SOWs, and roadmaps.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship during solution delivery.
