Job summary

Ladders seeks a Power Platform Architect to lead architecture and delivery of digital modernization solutions for our clients. You will partner with business and technical teams to design platforms, automate workflows, and enable executive decision-making through data and reporting.

The role provides technical leadership across solution delivery, documentation, and roadmap development, with remote work for US-based candidates. A strong BI and Power Platform background is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in a technical lead or solution architect role.
• Strong skills in developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

For our client, we are seeking a Power Platform Architect to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

In this role, you will lead the architecture and delivery of digital modernization solutions that streamline business operations and improve scalability. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design integrated platforms, automate workflows, and enable better executive decision-making through data and reporting. This position also provides technical leadership across solution delivery, documentation, and roadmap development.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $216,000 annually
