Job summary

EPRI in Charlotte, NC seeks a recognized expert in power generation asset management to lead RBAM initiatives, implement risk-based maintenance, and integrate CMMS, EAM, and data analytics for fleet-wide reliability.

The role directs multiple programs, manages staff, and delivers technical and financial results while aligning activities with cross-functional teams and research-driven guidance.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience implementing risk-based asset management for power generation assets.
• Experience integrating asset management with CMMS/EAM and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop/implement the R&D deployment strategy for the area(s).
• Manage one or more technical programs.
• Ensure technical and financial results of programs.
• Oversee staffing, performance management and development planning.
• Select staff and contractors, define statements of work.
• Direct work to meet milestones and budgets.
• Provide guidance within company policy and mentor staff.
• Engage with member advisors and leadership to present program results.
