Grand River Dam Authority seeks an Asset Manager - Generation to optimize asset performance across a large generation portfolio. You will drive data-driven maintenance, analyze CMMS/ERP data, and lead improvements to maintenance planning and reliability programs.

The role emphasizes Maximo, Power BI reporting, and collaboration with engineering and operations to reduce costs while increasing uptime. A strong analytics background and leadership in asset data governance are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Technology discipline, or at least six years’ related experience in T&D/power facilities.
• Experience with asset management, maintenance planning, and data analysis for reliability improvements.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS/Maximo and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a risk-based approach to maintenance using CMMS/ERP data to guide investments.
• Lead data collection, validation, and reporting for asset management analyses.
• Develop and monitor PMs and maintenance plans to improve asset reliability and lifecycle health.
• Create Power BI reports and dashboards to track performance indicators such as MTBF, MTTF, and MTTR.
• Support training and change management for Maximo and asset data processes.
