Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Power Generation Engineering to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive lifecycle management for gas turbines, steam turbines, boilers, transformers, and BOP equipment. You will direct capital projects, ensure NERC/FERC/OSHA compliance, and push reliability improvements across generation assets.

Lead RCA investigations, coordinate with operations, finance, and legal, and travel up to 50% to generation facilities.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Mechanical or closely related Power Engineering field.
• Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
• PE licensure required; other certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers and specialists across generation disciplines.
• Oversee design, analysis, and lifecycle management of generation assets.
• Manage capital projects >$10M and oversee RCA investigations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
