Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Software Developer III to design, develop, and maintain software that integrates with CAD tools such as AutoCAD and Zuken E3. Remote position in the United States, with a 16‑month duration and a pay range of $76-$90.

The candidate will build Power BI reports, optimize data models, and migrate from legacy Excel VBA/MS Access to .NET/SQL Server. Strong programming and SDK/API experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Power BI experience.
• 5-7 years software development experience.
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and related security concepts.
• Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications/scripts interfacing with AutoCAD and Zuken E3.
• Build and optimize SQL database solutions and data models.
• Design Power BI reports and dashboards from business requirements.
• Integrate data from SQL Server, Oracle, JSON, Excel, etc.
• Create Power Platform solutions including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Support deployments, migrations from Excel VBA and MS Access.
• Ensure software validation and configuration management compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering/manufacturing to deliver robust solutions.
