Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a PowerBI Technical Administrator to ensure smooth operations of DW/BI environments, including ETL and data management software. This fully remote role is U.S.-based and requires strong experience with Power BI, data modeling, and report development.

The ideal candidate will design dashboards, optimize data models, manage data sources, and ensure secure user access while implementing patches and upgrades to maintain security and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
• Proficient in designing and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong data modeling using Power Query (M) and DAX to support accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Generates Ad-Hoc Power BI reports.
• Conducts Power BI training sessions for end users.
• Installs and configures DW/BI software to meet customer needs within enterprise architecture.
