Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead post-sales deployment of Edifecs solutions for individual clients. You will install, configure, and tailor products to client needs, coordinating with client resources and Edifecs teams. You will train users, develop client-specific components, serve as SME, and provide post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related tech, or equivalent experience implementing and operating Java stack-based enterprise apps.
• 2+ years of experience in enterprise software solution implementation.
• 2+ years of experience in managing, developing, and deploying Java or Middleware-based applications (WebSphere, WebLogic, TIBCO, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle GlassFish, Oracle JCAPS).
• 2+ years of experience using waterfall and agile scrum SDLC methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience with configuration management, defect tracking, and unit testing.
• 2+ years of experience with EDI mapping and EDI analysis.
• Domestic travel required up to 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-sale implementation plan to configure Edifecs solutions for the client.
• Collaborate with Implementation Architect/Technical Project Manager on architecture, strategy, and schedule.
• Install, upgrade, and configure Edifecs products for the client.
• Integrate Edifecs products with client systems and processes.
• Coordinate with Client Services, Product, and Development to meet milestones and develop guidelines, programs, tasks, and reports.
• Provide post-implementation support during transition to maintenance.
• Provide software and client-specific training; create training documentation.
• Mentor and train internal teams on Edifecs products and customer components.
• Act as SME on purchased Edifecs products and solutions.
• Complete responsibilities per performance reviews and special projects.
• Travel domestically 10-15%.
