Job summary

Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Document Coordinator to manage trailing documents, coordinate with investors and title/attorney closings, and ensure accuracy under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time and remote, with responsibilities including data entry in the LOS, generating reports, and delivering documents to investors in a timely manner while maintaining compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with mortgage loan documents and title work is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Pulls reports from LOS/vendor to identify aged trailing documents.
• Requests aged trailing docs from clients and title/attorney closing agents.
• Works with investors and internal teams to cure defects in mortgage documents.
• Collaborate with team members on projects.
• Performs data entry in the LOS by marking documents.
• Delivering documents to investor/servicer promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
