Job summary

Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a Post-Closing Doc Coordinator for a remote, full-time role. The candidate will obtain, review, and deliver trailing documents to investors and servicers with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, MS Office proficiency, and mortgage lending experience is a plus. You will interact with multiple internal teams and external clients, ensuring timely document handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Mortgage lending experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is expected.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Pull reports from the LOS/vendor to identify aged trailing documents outstanding with investors/servicers.
• Request aged or needed trailing documents from clients and closing agents and follow up promptly.
• Coordinate with investors, internal departments, and settlement/attorney offices to cure defects in mortgage documents or title policies.
• Collaborate with team on projects and perform data entry in the LOS.
• Deliver documents to investor/servicer in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
