Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage document preparation or a related field.
• Familiarity with various loan types including VA, FHA, Conventional.
• Previous experience in a mortgage law firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and audit mortgage loan closing documents.
• Provide expert guidance on loan documents and closing instructions.
• Stay current on industry regulations and compliance standards.

Skills

Attention to detail

Experience in mortgage document preparation

Knowledge of Texas mortgage laws

Proficiency in Microsoft O365
