Job summary

Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA) is seeking an Account Executive for the Central Region to lead direct sales and customer service for post-acute providers.

You will grow the member base, drive contract portfolio expansion, and work with internal teams to resolve pricing discrepancies while delivering exceptional service. This full-time role requires 5+ years of sales success, travel within the territory, and proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect and close new business.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate post-acute market and achieve revenue goals.
• Meet sales budget and generate new sales opportunities via email, cold calling, referrals.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Articulate MHA’s value proposition using sales and marketing reports.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities based on market insights.
• Align sales strategies with leadership to drive results.
