Job summary

PruittHealth Pharmacy is seeking a Regional Account Executive to market our pharmacy services to area prospects and help retain existing customers. You will collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities and develop strategic territory plans.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, ability to travel, and experience in healthcare or long-term care sales; the role emphasizes building partnerships and achieving annual goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of prior sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical equipment, consumer products and services/solutions sales.
• Experience in healthcare sales/marketing preferred; post-acute and assisted living pharmacy environment exposure.
• Ability to manage a territory, conduct sales calls and presentations, and generate new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; willingness to travel extensively.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify new business opportunities to achieve annual goals.
• Identify business opportunities via sales calls, referrals, tradeshows, and reports; communicate with healthcare facilities.
• Develop strategic territory plans and execute them to target high-potential customers.
• Finalize contracting and startup of new accounts; transition services to pharmacy operations.
• Maintain customer relationships by providing ongoing support with pharmacy team.
• Uncover leads through communication with the team.
• Complete sales reporting and administrative procedures in a timely manner.
• Participate in local and state trade shows to grow area of responsibility.
