A technology solutions company is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to shape the future of Point of Sale systems for fuel pumps and gas stations. This role involves acting as a customer advocate, guiding the software delivery team, and ensuring a seamless transition during the Go-Live process. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields, along with technical expertise in Fuel POS systems and APIs, is required. This position offers a remote work option with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing end-to-end solution delivery.
• Background supporting customers throughout the Go-Live process.
• Familiarity with Cash Management, Promotions, Payments, APIs, SCO, SQL, and Loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer advocate after the software sale.
• Guide the software delivery team by translating customer requirements.
• Lead Discovery workshops and functional training sessions.

Skills

Experience in Fuel POS systems

Strong understanding of technical concepts

Excellent communication skills
