Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting for Portuguese Speaking Customer Experts to support Dyson in a remote-friendly role based in Greece. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese, provide product guidance, and assist with troubleshooting.

A relocation package is included, with training and extensive relocation support to ensure a smooth transition. Ideal candidates are native Portuguese speakers with English proficiency, a EU passport, and a strong customer

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English to communicate in a global environment.
• residency in Greece or willingness to relocate to Greece for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Dyson’s consumer electronics portfolio via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Deliver empathetic, efficient customer communications.
• Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and product guidance.
• Document customer interactions in CRM systems to drive improvements.
• Meet performance KPIs and service level agreements with international teams.
• Engage with clients to offer solutions aligning with household needs.
