Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team, supporting customers on behalf of Dyson. Working from home in Greece, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional support across inquiries via phone, email, and live chats.

You must have a C1/C2 level of Portuguese and a high level of English, be eligible to work in the EU, and be willing to relocate to Greece with a relocation package offered.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Portuguese, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport.
• You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
