Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Projects Finance Leader to provide finance support across multiple Electrical Power Transmission project portfolios in the NAM region. You will partner with project management, operations, and commercial teams to drive profitability, cash flow, and governance.

You will lead portfolio-level forecasting, risk assessments, and financial reviews, coach finance teams, and ensure disciplined execution across portfolios to improve margins and cash conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project/operations finance or business finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance support across multiple Electrical Power Transmission portfolios in NAM.
• Partner with project management, operations, commercial teams, and factories to drive profitability and cash flow.
• Drive portfolio-level forecasting, budgeting, risk assessments, and action planning.
• Consolidate and improve forecasts to ensure accurate revenue, cost, margin, and cash visibility.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Projects Finance Leaders across portfolios.
• Drive continuous improvement in reviews, reporting quality, and portfolio performance management.
