Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced portfolio managers to help train an advanced language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will oversee enterprise programs, including charter creation, raid logs, and steering committee reporting, ensuring outputs meet executive scrutiny.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5–20 per week), ASAP start, and direct involvement in cross-functional AI initiatives, with emphasis on high-quality documentation and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (charters, raid logs, steering reports).
• Support program management with charter development, risk logs, and milestone tracking for executive audiences.
