Job summary

Ethos is seeking seasoned portfolio managers to help train an AI model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across investment workflows, pitching ideas through memos and decks to PMs or investment committees.

This fully remote role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hedge funds or asset managers, strong slide craftsmanship, and exceptional written communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a research or investing seat at a hedge fund or asset manager.
• Track record of pitching ideas via written memos and decks to a PM or investment committee.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to translate investment ideas into professional decks.
• Support ongoing training of AI models with high‑quality visuals and memos.
